Organic Farm Retreat, Suffolk

Retreat East is a small organic farm in a Suffolk valley. It has a listed farmhouse, an attractive group of nineteenth century farmbuildings and 35 acres of gently rolling farmland.

We have been involved in the overall site masterplan, in the design of a new Great Barn which houses a clubhouse, with bar, dining, spa and gym, and in developing prototype designs for individual studios.

The project is intended to make an important contribution to the wider area by bringing new visitors and alleviating the pressure which second home ownership places on local housing.
