Country House and Equestrian Centre, Suffolk

Between 2018 and 2022 we worked on a number of projects at a country house and stud farm in East Suffolk. Projects involved repairs, alterations and extensions to the house, construction of 24 stables, a new visitor’s gallery and facilities to an indoor arena, construction of a large indoor pool and gym in a walled garden, and conversion of former barns to offices and accommodation.

The project was delivered without full architectural services on site – but a high quality of construction was achieved through close collaboration with a design and build contractor. Planning permission was achieved for all 12 projects on site through detailed discussion with the planning authority at an early stage.
